I recently purchased the WoodenStory (AD Planet) Reversible Swing from Amazon, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the overall it feels sturdy and durable. The backrest and seat cushions are very comfortable, and the fabric is easy to clean and maintain. The swing feels strong and secure. Installation is DIY and it's quite straightforward. The package includes all the necessary bolts and accessories required for installation, so if you have basic tools at home, there's no need to pay for Amazon's installation service. What impressed me the most was the seller's after-sales support. They promptly resolved a shipping issue and ensured the swing was delivered on time. They also helped me adjust the rope length by suggesting the use of U-clamps, which worked perfectly. For anyone concerned about the rope length, it can be easily adjusted using U-clamps (as shown in the attached images at last). Overall, this swing offers excellent value for money considering the quality, comfort, and support provided. I'm looking forward to enjoying it throughout the monsoon season! Good one. But the rate is a little high. Reversible feature is good and 2 persons can simply sit and relax it. As per my video, some items need to be bought outside. So see the video and buy for home. Anyway, good experience for me. (Hooks, and 'S' model steel materials are not added with this. So Little more expensive)

Completely unsable product. Not as shown in their photos. Very uncomfortable. Unfortunately you have not delivered the same product as shown in your pics. See attached photos which clearly show the difference: - width is much lower as can be made out from the side panels. You website picture shows a much bigger rectangular panel - what i received is square. - the seat is different and cushions shown in photo not provided. backrest cushion is wrong size with overlap - backrest shown in amazon image is taller Seller has refused return request. Amazon please intervene....

Only wooden board looks good rest only ropes and one foam sheet and 2 hooks or very small size, which can accommodate only one round of ropes, were give by seller . I had to buy hooks from outside. Totally different from what I ordered.

I installed this swing in my entrance lobby. it's worth the buy. only hitch was, it took almost 2 months to deliver
