Impatient!
Here is my review. The case, after 24 hours use, is good. I can't speak of its durability during this time frame, I am simply leaving a review to stop SnakeHive hounding me for a review in the hope I'd blast them a 5 star rating off the bat. This unfortunately is what buying off the internet has become. Buy, receive, review us immediately before you discover how shit we are (that's how it feels!). Chill, SnakeHive, have some faith in your own product and I'll leave a proper review after a month or two's use!

Great protector
Second case i got from Snakehive, first one arrived with a deep scratch from the bottom left to the top right corner (one of the reviewers had the same problem, so there are more factory damaged cases out there?) Sent it back the next day to amazon for a refund and went for a much cheaper, £7 case instead. Then i reordered it because the cheapo didnt really live up to the expectations - you get what you pay for you might say and righftully.I spent around £50 on cases so far, in total i tried 3 brands including Snakehive and so far this one performs the best. After a couple months of use:Leather became shiny in most places - this is normal wear and tear with leather. Magnetic clasp does interfere with s-pen but you can still use it. The phone will detect that the pen is disconnected (do not confuse it with "taken out"), but still functional. The brown leather interior will get dirty over time and requires gentle cleaning. Don't scrub it too hard otherwise you will wash too much color out. Some paint will still present on napkin/cloth at every clean but as long as you are gentle should not affect the overall look. Same applies for the exterior. Fortunately both cleans easily as long as you dont let too much grime settle on them. I do it every month or so....depends how bad it is.TPU holder is decent but i swapped it out with one from my previous cases which had a better more premium finish (matte black), also it's holding the phone better. Fortunately the holder only glued there with a medium strength glue which was very easy to tear off without damaging anything. Then i just superglued back the other and it looks even better now.Not using the inner pockets, i do have a tiny microfibre cloth tucked in the side pocket though which just sits there nicely. But i always forget to use it...Overall im very satisfied. Just be careful not to scratch the exterior because deeper ones wont self-heal unlike the lighter ones (they just buff out over time).

Horrible. doesn't shut properly. Magnets might damage the digitiser and s-pen.
- doesn't shut properly. see photo. any kind of grit can get in there! This is empty too- be even worse with cards / money in- TPU liner is VERY thin- TPU liner has a card in it which is not removable and has bubbles and looks cheap and nasty.- magnet affects S-pen. doesn't recognize it on the right side of the screen. could be causing damage too.absolutely atrocious.

Pretty good protection
Seems to hold the phone in place and I am confident that it will stay in place if it is dropped. There is a reasonable overlap to protect the edges and corners. The cut outs are all lined up nicely and do not interfere with the camera or flash. The fingerprint reader still works even when the rear of the case is in stand mode as long as your finger can reach.3 credit cards are held nicely in place. The note slot will hold an unfolded £5 and £10, but not a £20. Quite stiff to start with, but this will soften up in time which is when you need to take care. My last case like this for a Sony softened up over time and use. The cards became loose and occasionally dropped out when the case was upside-down. I think this will be the same for any case such as this, so you will need to keep an eye on this. The case is not protected against contactless. This is a double edged sword, ideal in that you don't have to get a credit card out, just tap the card side for contactless payments, but it can also be scanned by a reader placed close to your body. A relatively low risk, but if you make sure the card flap is to your body then the phone can act as an additional barrier and make it harder to scan your card (I can't scan contactless if the phone is against the reader).Ideal way to carry cards, cash and phone all in one case.

Tough, stylish, well-fitted and made
Not used a phone case before, but my old phone had so many lucky escapes I thought I would splash out. This is well-fitted, with a strong flexible inner case to hold the device, and externally the rest is all leather. The access holes are well aligned and neatly finished. It holds 3 cards and has a cash pocket, though I don't use them much.It can be folded back round on itself to make a screen stand. At first it was very rigid, so it didn't work well as a stand. After a bit of use it has become much more flexible, however. My only gripe is that in stand-mode the magnetic strap and catch tend to fold back over and get in the way of the screen. Maybe with time this too will become more flexible and hang back out of the way, however.Overall, it's well made, looks good and most importantly, has protected my phone from the horrors of living with a 4 yr old. I'd recommend it, even if it is a little more pricy than some similar looking covers. You've just spunked 400-odd quid on a phone, do it a favour and buy it a nice jacket ;-)(I held off writing this review for a couple of months to see how it was over time)
