Well it used to be simple. Now, apparently, there are multiple "standards" for LED strip connections. I don't even know what COB means, but I have ordinary 4 pin LED strips, and these connectors won't work. I'm out some money.

There are no cable ends. Strip ends not for my RGB strips.
Cut cables with 4-pin connectors. Tied wire ends together with wire from 4-pin connectors. Plug that into light strips that all come with 4-pin connectors. Where can one but cable end 4-pin connectors?
