Feel like a Lemon & have your cake and eat it
Bought these as a present for my Mum. She loves Lemon cake & said these are moist & tasty, job done. Recommend.

Too much mess when eating them
Not great, I will not be buying them again, they lack flavour and they make crumbs when eating them.

I buy these for general use but use them for a base for trifles- much nicer than sponge fingers. I made Citrus marmalade trifles with clementine liqueur

Usually great, but not this time
Usually these lemon madeleines are very moist and have a lovely lemon flavour. Sadly this pack failed to please. The madeleines were dryer than usual and there was less lemon flavour. The package showed that it was well within date. So I'm hoping that it was a one off. They are not cheap and if the next pack is the same as this one, I won't be buying them again. Update: I tried a pack of Bonne Maman lemon madeleines purchased from a supermarket and sadly, my opinion has not changed. Something is different, the lemon tang is missing. Pity, they were always my favourites.

Bon goût. Emballages individuels. Ça fait beaucoup de plastique : à revoir à ce niveau là. Il est possible de passer au kraft ou autre chose.
