I have a Dyson AirWrap and love it, but realizing it would not work in Europe (even with the adaptors), I purchased this as an alternative. The pros: The storage bag fits everything nicely and has room for a plug adaptor if you're using it for travel. It also works very well - I was actually very impressed with the ability to style nearly identical to my Air Wrap. The cons: While this can serve as an alternative to a Dyson, it is not exactly the same. The two barrels have opposite air flow directions, so you need one for one side of your hair and then need to switch barrels to do the other side. You also can't change the temperature setting while using it - you have to turn it off, change the temp, and turn it back on - not ideal for setting the curl but it can be managed. Overall, I'm happy with the product and it will now be my "travel" styler. For the cost, it absolutely performed well. Side note: The hot setting is very hot - I actually set off the fire alarm in our cruise suite a few times. We learned to keep the balcony door open when I used it. That said, the steam from my husband's shower also set it off once, so take note of the sensitivity levels of cruise ship fire alarms. We've done a ton of cruises and that had never happened before. Tip that took me too long to realize: The barrels are very hot when you finish. Just turn on the cold temp for a while and let them cool off before you remove/change/store them.....

This is my new favorite hair tool. I was nervous about it working in Europe so I brought a couple of different conversion plugs, but no problem at all! I have a Dyson but I really like how my hair comes out with these attachments. The pink travel bag that it comes in was a great bonus!

I bought this solely for travel. I have a Dyson, which is not dual voltage so I can’t take it abroad. I would say this product works almost as well as my Dyson. The only problem is that it gets very hot. I would definitely use heat protector with it.

Tried and was not able to use this. Tried to return it but the return window has closed. It’s been 6 months ?? I would think you could return it for at least a credit.

Works well on my fine hair. Adjustable heat and air speed. You have to switch curlers from left to right, but it's easy to do. The dryer works well. Doesn't seem to damage my hair much. I would recommend.

I probably spent a month researching before buying this. I watched so many comparison videos trying to find something similar to the Dyson Airwrap without spending Dyson money, so I definitely didn’t buy this blindly. The biggest pro for me is that it’s truly DUAL VOLTAGE, which is honestly hard to find and super important for people who travel internationally, that alone made this stand out to me. I also really like the air wrap barrels - they’re a good size, the curls come out nice, and once you figure out the technique they’re pretty easy to use. But there are a few things that disappointed me over time:( The biggest unexpected downside: it doesn’t come with a regular narrow nozzle attachment for basic blow drying. I never realized how much I relied on that attachment until I didn’t have it anymore. Another thing is the sound, it’s not just loud, it has this high-pitched, almost shrieking noise that gets annoying fast. Hard to describe, but if you’re sensitive to sound you’ll probably notice it too. Also, even the lowest airflow setting feels pretty strong. My toddler absolutely hated it, so using it on her hair was impossible. The more I use it, the more I feel like I’ll eventually buy a regular hair dryer and keep this mostly for styling/curling. That said, the storage bag it comes with is honestly AMAZING probably my favorite part of the whole set))

Worked In Italy!!! Love it!! Use it however wave style u want! Powerful enough for drying! i didnt cause any power trips using this dual voltage hair styler to multiple cities i went in Italy. 🥳 cant wait to use it in Asia and other EU countries!

Nice Idea, poor execution. If this "blow dryer" did not have attachments that had to be switched out for the R and L side of your head it would have been a good product. The color and size of the product were as shown. Having to use the black glove that comes with the product to switch out the barrels was more than I wanted to do and keep track of.

The product doesn’t turn on in Europe.
