Absolutely perfect fit for my Shield Plus. This is a quality holster offering either paddle mounted or belt slot OWB carry. Active retention is a must for me, not the friction retention of some holsters, and not a gimmicky button you have to fumble for with your index finger. With little practice, you will find it second nature to unlock the pistol using a natural grasping motion. You do not want to be fumbling for an index finger button in a highly stressful, life or death scenario. Well done Safariland.

Got this for my Performance Center shield 1.0 and it fits nice and snug! I even have a silencerco barrel with the thread protector on it and it fits in the hole perfectly. I highly recommend these holsters.

Although the package was marked "LCP," it fits the LC9s well. The design of the holster is such that it doesn't actually squeeze the weapon until it is almost fully inserted, so there's no scraping the pistol in or dragging the pistol out. In the holster, retention is very positive with an audible click, I shook the heck out of it and the pistol didn't rattle or move. Drawing, the thumb falls very naturally on the ALS release and the pistol draws very freely. The "micro paddle" is indeed small compared to others I've used (Fobus, Blackhawk) but gives a good, solid hold on the pants without sliding. It has actually taken me an embarrassingly large amount of time to get the holster to release so I can put it back in the safe. I don't know if it will fit with trigger guard-mounted lights or lasers. I have recommended this to people who carry that I care about for them to check out. I have no reservations recommending this product.

I used to use Blackhawk Serpa, but these are substantially superior in every way. Especially safety, which is kind of important. The Serpa's are index figure actuated which puts your finger next to the trigger when you draw. Thumb draw much easier and safer. Buy it.
