Comes in a very nice box, packaging mimics the Apple Watch packaging. Was a little concerned about the other reviews that mention trouble with adjustment tool to remove links. If you have a little mechanical ability and common sense, this will not be a problem. I sat in a well lit area to remove the links. You need be a little careful when lining up the tool with the pin and you need to not rush it. If you are careful and line up the tool on the pin, the pins come right out. The tool had a little bending on the tip but this did not affect functionality. I removed 3 links with no problem. I think the whole thing took 10 minutes and I am wearing the watch. Can't be the price. I am not expecting it to last forever, if this lasts a year it would be well worth it. Turns the Apple Watch into a very nice dressy watch.

It is NOT Rose Gold, it is pink. But still cute & seems sturdy for the price, just not rose gold .

UPDATE: customer service reached out to me and ended up sending me another because they felt like I got a faulty band because the pins wouldn’t go back in. The new band showed up in 2 days and it worked perfectly. Pins went back in with absolutely no problem at all. It fits great on my watch and looks really good. CS kept in touch to make sure everything worked out correctly and that I was satisfied with my watch band. I’m very very satisfied with BOTH! The product and the service. Horrible quality. Trying to take links out and the pins won’t go back in all the way so they stick out and are sharp. I’ve tried beating it back in and using the little tool that pushes the pin out and it just bends. Sending it back and I’ll order something else. Don’t waste your money on this. Pins will not go back in.

I've been using the band for a little over a week. * Adjusting was relatively easy, it took me 5 minutes to figure it out and then adjusted the size by removing the links using the pins/plastic thing they provided * It looks great. No complaints about that. The silver does not exactly match the silver of the AppleWatch, but the difference is not noticeable. * It is very comfortable, feels sturdy and at the same time easy to put on and remove. * My fear was water and whether washing my hands with soap wearing it would cause the metal to start rusting or anything else. I've been using it for a week so far and I'm happy, so far. It does not look like this will be an issue, it dries relatively quickly and there are no residues remaining or anything like that. It's early but so far, it seems it will hold up for a long time. Obviously, I wouldn't swim in it (I'll use the rubber band from Apple for that), but I do not feel I need to take the watch off for anything else.

This is my second U191U metal watchband. They hold up very well. I use a black one, and yes, it is prone to minor dings and small scratches. The only downside is the procedure to change the size of the band. It is not as simple as the videos claim. Just takes patience working with the small pieces. All in all, it's a great investment.

Loses battery percentage like crazy even when not using it. A brand new watch of the exact same product is supposed to last 18+ mixed yours (idle hours sitting on your wrist and hours being used). I realize that a renewed/refurbished item most likely last that long. But I should not lose between 50-60+% of my battery life having the watch in idle just sitting on my wrist and not using it. I've got to charge it between 3-4 times a day just to keep the watch from dying through out the day. definitely wasted the pretty much $150 to buy this watch. When I first opened the watch it was completely dead, which is fine, but it took 6 hours to fully charge when it should take about 2. Really disappointed with this purchase.

The tool provided for adjusting the watch links, quickly broke, and also ended up scratching my band. Had to go to a store to adjust it which cost $30, the same price as the band itself. The actual band itself is good quality. I bought the gold screen protector separately.
