SO GOOD MY CATS EVEN LOVE IT! Oh, so delish! I opened my first can to use in my homemade beef stroganoff and tasted it. YUMMY! My cat sniffed the hand in which I held the spoon, then crept up to my mouth to smell my breath. Oh, y'all, it's so good! Am buying more now.

Can't tell you what it tastes like - but it's not like truffles or porcini
I absolutely love white truffles and porcini individually, so the Truffle Thrils seemed like a natural fit. Used it as a sauce on pasta and was disappointed with the flavor - to me it had a slight "bite" like truffles, but not the flavor. I didn't get a pleasant flavor of porcinis either. A truffle oil finish to olive oil or buttered pasta is far better. I surely wouldn't go out of my way for this costly product.
