Excellent picture and smart features, just add a soundbar
I bought this TV in February 2026 and have been very impressed with it. I was initially hesitant because Hisense isn't as well known as some of the bigger brands, but it has exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is excellent for a 32-inch TV, with bright colours, sharp detail and a clear, vibrant display. The menu system is straightforward and easy to navigate, and the programme guide is well laid out. The smart TV interface is responsive, with apps loading quickly and streaming services playing smoothly without buffering or dropouts. My only criticism is the sound. Like many ultra-thin TVs, the built-in speakers lack depth and bass. The audio is perfectly adequate for everyday viewing, but if you enjoy films or music, I'd recommend pairing it with a soundbar for a much fuller, richer sound.Overall, this is an excellent value TV with great picture quality, fast smart features and an easy-to-use interface. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Very nice TV
Very nice TV. There were comments that the sound quality wasn't too good, I found no problem with it. It has already updated it's own software twice since I've owned it, easily done after a prompt. I have an external aerial, but for those who don't, internet access via various apps works well too. Very happy with the picture quality. A reasonable price too.

Works well
Great little television. I donโt have an ariel so I have just connected it to the ethernet and access the streaming platforms.Fits really well in small places and doesnโt take up much space. I am personally happy with the picture quality but I donโt think the sound is as good. I ended up getting a sound bar and it is a perfect little package.

Nice TV.
Very nice, got this to replace my dads old LG TV. Nice size, great picture, good sound and so easy to set up and control. Got a good price too so well pleased.

Amazing.
This TV is absolutely amazing! Great picture, superb sound, very versatile without an aerial, can be placed anywhere so long as your WiFi can reach. Took about 10 minutes to set up, signing in to various streaming services etc. but was straightforward. Slight lag as you change channel sometimes but I think that's due to it being purely a streaming TV service. I haven't tried it with an aerial or satellite connector as that's not why I got it. For my bedroom it's almost perfect except for one very annoying omission: NO BLUETOOTH! Why they would do this I don't know but it means you have to get a separate Bluetooth transmitter if you want to use wireless headphones with it. I believe most larger models have it built in? But that is it's only disadvantage for me. Other than that, highly recommended.

TV is fine, but sound is poor at higher levels.
Bought the TV for my mum who needed to upgrade her television, but didn't want anything bigger than 40' and this was the best available. All TV's now seem to start at 43' or higher ( or just 32').The TV it self once setup and Freely sorted out is good, with the picture being nice and crisp on HD channels, although it fails a little bit on SD channels, with the quality not benefiting from any upscaling, unlike 4K screens. The sound is OK when listened at low to normal volumne, but as my mum needs to turn it up more than usual, anything after volume 9 makes the speakers vibrate, even when the base is turned down. The speakers really let the TV down and is the main reason for marking the TV down overall. The remote control feels quite light and cheap and really needs to be pointed at the tv's sensor to work.Would I recommend the TV? As a second TV or a cheap alternative TV for a caravan ect. it would be OK, but I would not purchase for myself as a main TV and would stick to the main brands as I would pick 43' upwards. I currently have a 4K Panasonic 40' TV, and the Hisense is not a patch on that, but the Panasonic was nearly double the price (but is also 5 years old!).

Stick to LED
The general consensus seems to be that this is a great for the low cost. For ยฃ200 I thought it would be worth a punt. The tv is ok, but I'm sure I'll replace it soonish as 3 things are annoying me.The tv only has 2 HDMI ports on the rear - I have a virgin tv box and sound bar plugged in, so if we want to connect a games console for example then we need to move the tv and pull a lead out and put a new one in and move the tv back - very tedious.Secondly, we have a virgin tv box and we can physically turn the tv on/off with the virgin remote, but we still need the Hisense remote to select what source we're watching, before reverting back to the virgin remote again. This is a family bugbear.Thirdly, the 'wide' viewing is not wide. Head on, you have bright vivid colours, but start moving to the sides and the colour quickly drains. We have a smallish room with seating arranged in a C shape, so 2 people have pale slightly grey programmes to watch. I previously had an LED screen, but presumed QLED being more modern was going to be far superior. I've since learned that rubbish viewing angles is a thing for QLED. D'oh, should have stuck with LED.The sound is a bit tinny, but I use a descent soundbar so it would never compare and wasn't basing my purchase on this aspect.
