I cannot say that I really see a difference and others have told me that they do not see a difference, but I feel the tingling sensation on my lips. Perhaps it is increasing the look of volume, but not by a great deal. I usually scrub my lips with a loofah, and that seems to make them look a tiny bit, swollen prior to my allowing them to dry thoroughly before putting lip liner and gloss. This is a very moisturizing product though so even if you were to purchase it for that and the fact that it’s a nice glossy look, that in itself is very nice.

The formula isn't sticky, has a nice texture, and layers well under lipstick or gloss. A little goes a long way, so the tube should last quite a while. If you're looking for a lip treatment that hydrates while providing a subtle plumping effect, this is definitely worth trying. It's become a regular part of my skincare routine.

The lip volumizer keeps lips moisturized but I did not see much difference in my lips after using it. I did not get the plumping effect while using this product. I do really like the applicator, it's nice and smooth on your lips and has a nice cooling effect. It glides on nicely. I actually have been using this product as a lip gloss or a base under my lipstick. It does make your lips soft and shiny. I was just looking for more of a plumper, so I was disappointed. As an expensive lip gloss, it's fine.
