I have now had 3 attempts at returning this, I can see you have issued a second QR code - THESE DO NOT WORK IN THE HERMES PLACES STATED ON THE INTERNET - PLEASE PLEASE SEND ME A LABEL OR VIA THE POST OFFICE NOT HERMES. Three outings, two different outlets, 2 different QR codes- IT DOESN'T WOK!

Useless design
The screw holes are in the wrong place . It took my builder a long time to over come this problem and fit them.
