Mountain Valley Spring Water has a naturally high pH of 7.8. Its higher than other bottled waters. This is supposed to help acid reflux, for example, and reduce acidity in our bodies. It helps offset acidic diets. Mountain Valley has a natural excess of alkaline in order for our bodies to find the balance that we need.
