Fast, compact, and worth keeping in every vehicle
This tire inflator has been a great addition to my car emergency kit. It’s compact enough to store in the trunk without taking up much space, yet it’s powerful enough to inflate tires quickly when needed. The digital display is easy to read, and I really like being able to set the desired PSI and let it stop automatically once it reaches the target pressure. That makes it simple to use and helps prevent overinflating. The battery life has been solid, and the build quality feels durable. Whether you’re topping off your tires, inflating a bike tire, or preparing for a road trip, this is a reliable tool to have on hand. I definitely recommend it.

Works well and easy to use, but don't be in a hurry...
I've purchased Gooloo devices in the past, mainly the GP4000 battery starters for vehicles, I believe we have 3 of those now and I've had 2 others purchase the GP4000 and like them as well, so I thought I would try the Gooloo tire inflator. I've not used the unit as a battery pack to charge a phone or anything else yet, but given my good track record with Gooloo jump starters, I have no concerns that this unit won't function as described for charging a phone. Pros - The unit is compact, easy to use, and straightforward in its design and function. Carrying bag is nice, although I wish it would have come with a hard sided case like the older models GP4000 battery jump starters did. I inflated a single tire from 27 to 35 psi once, topped off all 4 tires to 35 psi on another occasion from low 30's, and the unit still had over half of the battery left. Comes with drawstring bag for storage, attachment to inflate vehicle tires, and a few other accessories to air up balls and the such. Cons - This unit takes a bit to inflate a tire from 27 to 35 psi. I didn't time it, but I would guess from 27 to 35 psi took 5 minutes or thereabout. Gooloo has switched to a soft sided bag as opposed to a hard sided case in their newer products and I wish they would still provide a hard sided case. The battery lost 1-2 bars for this one tire, so I question if you needed to air up all 4 tires a combined 40 psi between all 4 tires, if the unit would have enough battery to do so. That being said, you would probably have more pressing issues than the charge life of this unit if you were needing to add 10 psi to every tire at one time. I really like the Gooloo brand of products so far and this inflator doesn't alter my opinion of Gooloo. This products seems to be built well, doesn't look cheap, feels substantial in weight for its size, functions well, and is very easy to use. If you or someone you know is needing an inflator for piece of mind for those instances where you aren't around an air compressor, I would without doubt, recommend this device. This unit would be a cheap piece of mind in case you come out from the store at night and find out you have a low tire.

Oops, this is not the "Dual"
First thing first, it does seem to work well. So far I've been able to top off several car tires that had been neglected in the cold winter snap we had recently. In 25F weather I was able to pump 5 tires from mid-high 20's psi up to 33 each with the power it had out of the box, and it still had some juice left. It did take quite a while to charge it up after that, certainly wasn't as quick as topping off the GOOLOO GT4000 out of the box, albeit very different product. It is noisy of course, and already scraped up a bit from vibrations and sitting on concrete as it filled tires. The light is a nice touch too and bright enough to at least give you plenty of light to use the device under. The carrying bag it came with is barely big enough to fit the device itself, and the tube is a bit of a struggle to slide down in next to it. The biggest downside to this product for me was the realization that I bought the wrong product because of their naming scheme and the enticing package deal of their GT4000 and this GT160 for a price that I noticed it seems to get near to anyways all by itself. Since they have this GT160 and a GT160 **DUAL**, I thought it was a great deal comparing it to the Dual's price at the time of purchase. The disappointment in this mainly comes with the two most appealing features of the Dual to me, one being convenient storage for the adapters built into the device, the other being dual motors that fill faster and may be less loud/high pitched. At the end of the day it does the job, albeit very likely a fair bit slower than the Dual would have, but it's certainly in part my fault for not noticing that all important piece of the product name. I also hadn't realized before the purchase that there was a non-dual GT160.

I am impressed.
Good build quality. Very good design and execution. Quality feel. Works well and pumps my 20x3 bike tires very quickly. You can ignore the goofy dimestore name.

Accuracy and long charge times.
Nice well built device. Worked as described and holds a charge for months. Permanent fixture in my car.

The specifications are wrong and misleading.
The specifications say that the unit is 750mAh. It is powered by (3) 2500mAh batteries in series. That means the total capacity is only 2500mAh. It is misrepresented. I used it successfully 6 times, and during usage it would overheat and shut down. Then it died. I would not buy one again. It is not a quality product. Also the display was very hard to read in sunlight.

Can’t read the display
Works great. Only negative is that the led display is not viable in daylight. I have to set the pressure in a dark area than inflate the tire. Also recharging requires a usb port. The supplied usb cable for all practical reasons is way to short. (6in). Other than that it’s great. Filled a trailer tire 90# In about 12 min. Needed a recharge shortly after.

Nice, but has issues
Unit came well packaged. After getting a full charge, began to check out the functions. Going to touch on some cons first. The first thing I noticed is the lack of ability to save settings. It always goes back to default factory settings every time it restarts. It has 4 mode presets- car, bike, ball/toy and manual. All except manual default to psi. For some reason manual defaults to another unit. And manual is the only mode in which you can go above 45 psi. Since I got it for my truck and RV, manual mode is the only mode I can use for this- truck tires inflate to 65psi and the RV, 80 psi. So when I use it, I need to toggle thru the modes to manual, then set units to psi, then set the desired psi. This brings me to the second annoying issue- the auto power shutoff is maybe a minute. So after going through the setup, if you don’t start before it shuts down, you need to go through the setup again. When going from one tire to the next, one needs to hustle before the unit powers down. The last issue is that the green LED screen cannot be seen in sunlight- totally disappears. Need to use your body or some other means to provide enough shade to see the screen for setup. And going back to the short time you have until it automatically shuts down, it’s tough to do the setup in the shade and then get it hooked up before it turns off. But it’s equally tough to hook up the unit first and the go through the setup in bright sunlight if you can’t shade the screen. The issues above is what got it a 3 star rating. Once past that, the unit performed as expected. It had no problem reaching 80 psi on my trailer tires. I was able to pump up 3 tires from 76 to 80 psi before the battery was spent. After recharging, I pumped up 4 tires on my riding mower from 10 psi to 14 psi. Then pumped up 2 more trailer tires- one 76 to 80 psi and the other from 66 to 80 psi. Then pumped up one truck tire from 62 to 65 before the compressor battery was again spent. It’s slow but for its size, about what one would expect. So far I recharged it overnight and don’t have a minimum time it takes to recharge. To summarize, this may not be the best emergency compressor for the purpose above. I’ll be going with one that uses battery packs so spare batteries can be used and hopefully will not have the problems above. But should be fine to keep in a car or lighter truck to top off tire pressure when needed. Also ideal for bicycle and toy inflatables.

Solid inflator
Powerful. Air inflator solid. Should have a compartment on the inflator to hold the other tips. Flashlight a bit iffy.
