Been recomm this product over 20yrs to all new mothers with newborns, to prevent diaper rash. Use sparingly, only need a thin but decent layer on baby’s skin creases & folds. It’s natural, no petroleum and lasts forever. Great value for $$ and best barrier for diaper rash.
