Is this compatible with the Honor 10 lite?

I would expect it to be compatible. If you can download the app for the device from Google Play it should work fine. The device uses Bluetooth to communicate with the app on the phone and I would expect this to work OK on the Honor.

My phone is getting on -Samsung s5- would it be compatible ?

This would depend on the version of Android you are using and possibly the version of Bluetooth that you are using. To check, I would go to the Google Play store and look for an app called SnapECG. If this appears in the list of apps returned and you are allowed to install the app, I think it is likely that the monitor would work with your phone. If it does not appear, it is likely that the version of Android your phone uses is too old and not compatible with the ECG monitor.

Why doesn’t the app work on iPhone anymore?

I sent mine back as it packed up working when covid started in China, so I should imagine that there are issues with the system it connects to in China.
