Looks and smells very natural, my cat loves it!
I am very happy with this food. It looks and smells very natural and appetizing even to me. My cat loves it! She is a very picky eater and recently has been sick and refusing food. I tried buying various foods (both wet and dry) and she ends up just licking the gravy off the plate and barely touches the rest. This food she enjoys and barely leaves anything left on her plate. Will definitely continue buying!

Great For Senior Cats
I switched to this food after finding out my 13 year old senior cat has beginning stage kidney disease. Previously, she's struggled with weight loss, and she's very small, so getting her to eat is extremely important. From the first can of this Weruva Cats In The Kitchen, my cat has gone absolutely bonkers over this food. You can see a marked difference between this product and grey, cheap wet foods. I've had a difficult time getting my senior baby to eat all of her food, and recently she's experienced weight loss-not good for a senior cat. With the exception of the chicken flavor wet food, my cat eats every bite of Weruva. We are on our second case of 12, 10 oz cans and I can already feel that her spine has more padding and that she's gained weight. Weruva has more moisture than cheap wet foods, which is especially important for senior and kidney compromised kitties. Weruva is pricey in comparison to cheap brands, but it has made such a difference, that I'll never go back to the cheap stuff. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Good ingredients, good taste, and nice variety
Blue Buffalo and Earthborn are the staples in my cats' canned food diets. The former because my cats have done very well with Blue Buffalo over the years, and the latter because it's good cat food, and one of my cats just loves it. However, my cats - and I think most cats - prefer variety in canned foods. While my cats will eat Blue Buffalo kibble every day without complaint, they grow bored with the same canned food. Thus, I rotate a wide variety of premium canned foods into their diet. My requirements are that meat, poultry, or fish should be the first ingredient and that soy, corn, wheat, gluten, or unnamed byproducts be excluded. Although my two cats (Ella, age 11, and Bubba, age 2) like both Blue Buffalo and Earthborn, they will refuse to eat either if offered to them several days in a row. Weruva's products are among the premium foods that I rotate into the mix, and I particularly like variety packs. In this Weruva selection, there are four recipes: Chicken Frick 'A Zee, Lamb Burger, Kitty Gone Wild, and Funk in the Trunk. Yeah, I know; silly names. Approximately 80% of what is in a can of cat food is represented in the first four ingredients, with the most prominent ingredient being named first and on down the line. The first five ingredients in each of the recipes in this variety pack are as follows: Chicken Frick 'A Zee: Chicken, Chicken Broth, Sunflower Seed Oil, Locust Bean Gum, and Calcium Lactate. Lamb Burger: Fish Broth, Tuna, Lamb, Lamb Lung, and Sunflower Seed Oil. Kitty Gone Wild: Fish Broth, Salmon, Tuna, Sardine, and Mackerel. Funk in the Trunk: Chicken Broth, Chicken (Boneless, Skinless Breast), Tuna, Pumpkin, and Sunflower Seed Oil. I don't see anything scary in the rest of the list, so these are pretty good. While I would prefer meat, poultry, or fish as the first ingredient, I don't have a problem with Fish Broth or Chicken Broth as the first ingredient because one of the major benefits of wet food is that cats, particularly when they grow older, sometimes don't drink enough water to meet the needs of aging kidneys, and because cats prefer to get their liquid requirements through their food than through drinking water, although they always have fresh drinking water available to them. Perhaps, if I were feeding only one type of canned food to my cats, I'd pick something that didn't have broth as the first ingredient, but these are among many premium foods that are part of their diet, and broth is better than water because it includes nutrients and enhances the taste. Plus, my cats have always preferred wetter, gravy-type recipes to the drier paste-type cat foods. My last four cats lived to be in their mid-to-late-20s, so I must be doing something right.

Beware the sardine flavor
I've purchased this variety pack three times now, and it's genuinely a fantastic wet food option. I'm currently transitioning my cats to an all-wet diet, and this was our starting point. Theyโve adapted incredibly well! The only downside is the sardine flavorโevery time I've ordered, those specific cans have a very gelatinous, jelly-like texture. My cats really dislike it and struggle to eat that one, but they like the rest of the pack.

My cats clean the bowl every time
My cats love this stuff. I open a can and they come running before it even hits the bowl. They finish all of it, which did not happen with the pate I used to buy. The variety pack keeps them interested so I am not stuck with a flavor nobody wants. The chunks sit in a light broth, so it adds some water to their diet too. Cans run small, so my bigger cat gets a whole one to himself. I keep reordering it.

My cat wonโt touch it โ likely a him problem, not a food problem
I bought this variety pack hoping the different flavors would give my cat some options, but he sniffed each one and walked away. Iโve tried it at his regular mealtimes and even when he was clearly hungry and asking for food โ heโd get one whiff and leave the bowl untouched. Ended up scraping most of it into the trash. To be fair, I donโt think this is a quality issue. The texture looks good, the pieces are real-looking meat rather than mush, and the ingredient list is better than most of whatโs on the shelf. My cat is just genuinely picky and has rejected plenty of foods before this one. If your cat is easygoing about wet food, this is probably worth trying. If yours is fussy like mine, Iโd buy a single can before committing to a multipack.

Cats love! Real meat bits - not just mush!
My cats love this food!! Especially the pink cans - they have pieces of chopped up fish about the size of a mint in them that my cats go crazy for. I also love how you can tell what meat is in the can without having to read the label.

Weruva is a health choice.
My kitty likes all the flavors except the Lamb. She never seemed picky until I gave her the Lamb. Weruva is a good brand with organic ingredients and no fillers. I recommend this brand. It's one of the two canned cat foods we use.

My cat's FAVOURITE wet food
My cat absolutely loves this wet food (especially the salmon and the lamb flavours), his plate is spotless after every meal. We have tried some other popular brands, but some he just doesn't like as much, and others make him vomit. And with weruva we haven't had a single issue, would highly recommend!

My picky cat loves it!
My cat has kidney disease and I've been looking for a lower protein, tasty food for him as he refuses to eat the prescription food. Bought the gravy collection at it has an 8% protein level compared to 10% on regular wet food. He absolute LOVES it! Be prepared it comes in a LOT of yummy gravy (which keeps him hydrated) and you really have to spoon out the bottom to get to the meat. That being said he lapped it up! At $30/12pk for single serving tins, it's a little expensive, but cheaper than the prescription food & again...he loves it. Nice combination of flavours and healthier ingredients than regular wet cat food. Would recommend for picky eaters.
