Bought this for a ceremonial cacao gathering and it worked great. The flavor was rich and smooth, and the block was easy to work with. I shaved it down into small pieces — definitely the easiest way to get it off the block — then heated water and slowly mixed the cacao in. The whole process took about 10 minutes. We used water, but you could absolutely use milk for a creamier drink. We stored the rest in an airtight container in the fridge, and it’s lasted a long time without any issues. A solid ceremonial‑grade cacao option if you want something flavorful, easy to prepare, and long‑lasting.

Great quality cacao, tastes great and it will last you a LONG time if used properly. The ONLY thing to note is that we were charge for import fees a month after we recieved it. That will prevent us from purchasing again. Keep that in mind when purchasing. We are in Canada.

I’m very impressed with the quality of the cacao. I grated it before adding to boiled milk and honey and it melted beautifully and tastes delicious with no grainy texture like some others.
