I have bought and used this serum multiple times previously and found this specific order to be inconsistent with what I normally receive. The liquid is completely thin and watery rather than the viscous gel texture I am accustomed to, causing it to leak through the rollerball applicator. The packaging print and barcode proportions also differ noticeably in sharpness and alignment from the authentic tubes I have at home. I have contacted customer support for a return and refund.

Great product but the price is rough for the amount inside. I am purchasing again just wish it was cheaper or came with more.

Don’t be fooled by size!!! I never review things, but here I am. Listen to the other ppl saying it doesn’t last! Bc it doesn’t! I used this for 3 days! 3!!! It two small sections of my head-the front temple areas-morning and night. Went to use it this morning-completely gone. It did not leak. I have tried everything to get a drop out-nothing. It gave me one tiny pump and then nothing but dry. I really liked it bc it didn’t turn that section of my hair oily like others, and it didn’t leave a residue. But the amount of money it costs, for it to not even last a week, is extremely frustrating! I can’t imagine ppl using this long term!

Great product. Seen good results which has increased my confidence. The roll on applicator is nice and serums smell is nice

Ok so I’m giving this item a 3 stars. Would have done five but what kept the two stars was number 1: it doesn’t last too long if used daily. I’m guilty of skipping some days. Number 2 the roller ball gets jammed a lot of times so you struggle getting the product out. Now I’m giving it a 3 because I’ve purchased this 3 times within the last year or so and I’ve noticed some new baby hairs coming along. So that was fantastic and it worked well along with the other hair growth products I’ve used simultaneously.

It didn’t even last me a week. I didnt over use it just a few pumps. From the three or four times that I used it seemed great and easy application but again it was out after my 3rd or 4th time using it, it was empty. I switched to lilyeve. I would’ve loved to continue using the product but because it ran out so quickly and the price for it.. I can’t. Maybe if the company reached out to rectify I would switch back. Not sure if that’s normal. Thought it would maybe last me like three weeks to a month. Super upset because I really enjoyed it at first.
