My favorite cold noodles
These bibimmyon cold noodles are so flavorful and refreshing. The noodles have a great chewy texture, and the spicy, slightly sweet sauce has just the right amount of kick without being overwhelming. They’re quick and easy to make, making them perfect for a light meal or snack, especially on a hot day. I’ll definitely be keeping these stocked in my pantry!

perfect substitute
I found my lazy bibim nengmyun!!!! Of course you will need to add the asian pear, egg and cucumbers still, but the flavors are there and itʻs good enough!! Especially for somebody who just moved from a place where asians were the majority to a place where I am 1 of 3 asians in a population of 7,000. Regardless, I wish this existed when I was in college!

Spicy
It's really good but spicy at the same time. I gave it 4 star due to the noodles. I would love it as 5 stars if the noodles are more thicker. It seems like the noodles are thinner than angel hair. Unless that's what the noodles supposed to be. It's still a great noodles.
