I bought this to modernize a 2017 SUV that had a screen but no carplay functionality, and it has completely changed the driving experience. This isn't just a basic screen; it’s a high-performance hub. Display & Interface: The 9-inch screen is crisp and surprisingly bright, even in direct afternoon sunlight. The touch response is fluid with no noticeable lag when swiping through Spotify or Google Maps. Wireless CarPlay connects automatically within about 15 seconds of starting the car, which is faster than some factory systems I’ve used. Dash Cam Quality: The 2K front camera is the hidden gem here. The footage is sharp enough to read license plates clearly, and the night vision handles glare from oncoming headlights very well. It comes with a 64GB card, which is a nice touch, though I may upgrade to a larger one later for longer loop recording. Audio Setup: For the best sound, I recommend using the AUX output or the FM transmitter if your car is older. The built-in speaker is fine for navigation prompts, but for music, you’ll want it hooked into your car’s actual speakers. Installation: It took me about 10 minutes. The adhesive mount is heavy-duty and hasn't budged even on bumpy backroads. Final Thought: If you want Apple CarPlay/Android Auto without the $500+ cost of a professional head-unit installation, this is the easiest path to top-quality tech.

Great way to add a more functional display and Android Auto. It is very much an Eastern product but it works really well. Easy to setup and use on a day to day basis. Touch is snappy, phones pair consistently, bright clear screen even I ... all good.

Good price, Android auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth call, music, backup camera all works fine. Sound quality and backup camera night vision not that good but acceptable. Music using car's FM transmission works well. Backup camera cable is long enough, as I installed this in Honda Odessey van. This cable has 90 deg connector, that's not good as that makes it difficult to move that cable freely with other cables in the van. Manufacturer should change it to straight connector to make installation a bit easier. Update - After a month or so using it some strange issue happening with the backup camera. In the morning, when trying to back up the vehicle, backup view on car play is split into many views making it difficult to use. After that morning issue, it works fine whole day. Also, this issue in the morning doesn't happen always. Not sure if it has anything to do with cold. Vehicle stays outside and now a days sometimes nighttime temps goes below 20 deg Far.

I initially thought this would be a great addition to my work vehicle, and for a while, it was. It modernized my vehicle and provided me with CarPlay for navigation. The built-in dash camera was also a convenient feature. However, after a month of ownership, the auxiliary port stopped working. I reached out for support but didn’t get any resolution. As a result, I resorted to using its built-in FM transmitter for audio playback. Another month later, the real problems began. The unit would randomly shut off. The power indicator on the plug still showed that it was receiving power, but the unit itself would completely turn off. This was not ideal while navigating. For a few weeks, simply unplugging and replugging the unit would fix the issue, but this solution was not sustainable. Unfortunately, I had to give up on it because the unit was shutting off more often than it was on. I do not recommend this product.

This wireless car play is ok for the money. But there's not much that is wireless about it, lol! Be prepared to have to hide a full bundle of cabels! One for your phone, one to plug into your car, one for the camera and one for the power! The main reason I bought one was to be able to play videos on it. Well mine will not play videos. It works great for music and maps but my infotainment center already has those. If your car is older and you need maps and music then grab one👍 If not I would pass. Good luck!

This item works very very well you've Miracast you can completely cast your phone onto it and it has the touch screen that you can actually use your phone on this on this unit itself it's very cool I got this specifically because I integrated a tablet into my car radio via four channel amp and a mono amp and through the Bluetooth dongle I can not only hook my phone up to this I can also hook my tablet up to this unit and then I can control them all simultaneously with this unit and then send it back to that amp and I can seamlessly switch between the two it's amazing it's a great device this thing is awesome great touch screen great quality good cameras especially the front camera it's beautiful and then easy installation very easy plug and play it works good to go you know if you're looking for something that's not going to affect your current stereo and you look for something that maybe sits on the dash or near the driver for the price it can't be beat five stars all day
