Life is so expensive—I gave this a try. To my surprise they r delicious, simple to make, not expensive!! I have become very creative mixed into rice-delicious!! Cooked stew chicken became daring added 3 of these—yummy plate!! U can cook it as directions say and then added it to ur food or u can simply add it and it will cook nicely. Try it!! U wont regret it!!!😋😋

Great quality and good ingredients. Perfect amount of sauce and protein content. Just heated up in the microwave for four minutes and you’re good to go!

I'm not a cup of noodles fan normally, but these protein cups are amazingly tasty. Beef and Spicy Chicken are the best flavors. So quick. Great side dish. Add sauted broccoli, onions, ground beef, and spinach, even better. These are now a constant in my pantry. Are they healthy, their fast food. But, zero MSG. I don't add sodium to my add ins to help balance. Great value. They are so quick in the microwave. Noodles have a great texture. The dried peas are not good, but easy to remove. Cannot beat the convenience. The Spicy is not super hot, it's a medium heat. You know it's there, but you're not grabbing the milk.
