19" LED Grand Piano Light in Mahogany Bronze with Brass Accents with Dimmer Clip

I read the reviews on this before buying and was prepared for an assembly nightmare, but it was so easy I felt bad for the people who were struggling... until I got to the dimmer switch. They should do a LOT better with this. Here's the fix to save you time. There aren't any instructions for how to attach it to the lamp as shown in the photos, but if you look at it, there's a little stretchy opening on the side of the dimmer switch. Jiggle the opening over the tube just above the place where it plugs in, THEN plug it in, and the dimmer is neatly tucked behind the music but easy to access and not dangling like the instructions would indicate. Also, it doesn't say this but the light bar tilts back towards the music. Once it's installed, it's a GREAT lamp: solid, sleek, love the dimmer feature and how bright/low it can go, stays in place once I screwed the plate down tight, and all that is why I gave it 5 stars.

This is a beautiful, high-quality lamp that I am proud to put on my new piano! It took a little time to read the instructions and warnings, as well as unpack the carefully packaged lamp. I installed it on my piano and was able to get it adjusted exactly as I wanted. It is streamlined and sturdy. Really lights up the area: a full 3 pages across and the whole keyboard.

I do not have a grand piano. I cannot read sheet music. I do have a custom-built cabinet for my record collection and I required a light fixture for the top shelf that looked cool and articulated enough that I could see what I was looking for at night even when really drunk. You know, gotta find THAT ONE Cramps LP. I built the record cabinet out of 3/4in Birch plywood and as luck would have it the Cocoweb 19in light mounting fixture was already perfectly set up for this. Slip fit over the back, locked down with two thumb screws and done. Also has an optional dimmer control. Totally diggin' it so far. If you are looking for a stylish light fixture for an unorthodox application besides piano music boards this is a solid choice.

Great light! Love it !

Very nice piano light, would have given it 5* were it not for the choice of LED light color. The brightness is good (definitely get the version with the dimmer, or it might be too bright), the coverage area and light diffusion is great; you can light 3 side-by-side pages top-to-bottom, while also covering the keyboard. But the 2700K light temperature is way too warm IMO, so not so great for reading. It is good for creating an atmosphere, but not for long hours of practice.

Perfect for my baby grand!! Sleek, unobtrusive design.

The light swings by itself because the screws were too loose. The instructions are vague and confusing, and it comes with a sticker pad (?) that nowhere mentions what it is for. Screws scratches off the paints and leaves dents. The dimmer knob is just a voltage controller in the middle of AC adapter and the light socket. The overall quality were poor especially considering this unreasonably high price tag. Contacted manufacture on the issues and received no response. Initiated a return on Amazon but the seller wants to override Amazon's return policy by limiting the return window to 15 days. And it requires original packaging, which is just a few crappy hardboards sealed with duck tapes. No one is going to keep that packaging.

I love this lamp. I've wanted one for a long time, but most of the other brands were way too expensive for an adult like myself. I am so glad I bought this; it looks just as good as the expensive ones and works great for me.
