Price and performance.
Great product, great price and arrived brand new with factory seal! Best bang for your buck new! Happy with purchase, but Ryzen and Dell are soldered on memory, so you cannot upgrade the memory on these Ryzen laptops.

good buy for a personal laptop. not too fast for my liking but not too slow either. so it's balance in terms of the speed. lightweight and looks nice in black. easy in its startup and didn't give me any issues when setting it up. so far so good. with the price that i bought this, this is a steal!

Fast functional pc that should work for years!
Great for grandma! Very fast. Windows 11 loaded. Big screen. Worked right out of the box. Only thing to know is the if you have an old printer, Windows 11 may not be compatible (which may be Canons fault, but still not cool). I just bought a new wifi printer and all works great.

Would not recommend
I’ve only had it a few months and it’s already started blinking or flashing every few seconds. The screen looks like it’s trying to refresh itself or something. It’s super annoying.

What a nightmare this has been. Yes a low price but a major headache. Slow, locks up and stops, not a good battery and really hard to read the letters and numbers. Sorry I ever purchased this, about ready to throw it at a wall. Buyer beware.
