I really like using these for my hair. I have to have a glp-1 due to health issues and have began noticing my hair shedding. These work. But only when mixed with biotin 10,000mcg tablets and jugo beauty + superfoods with turmeric, collagen peptides & hyaluronic acid. I also take jugo focus + superfoods. But this combination of these 4 supplements daily stopped my hair from shedding in a matter of weeks. Im on gpl1 shots and the shedding was a side effect. Ok I hope this review helps.
