Great product, with one serious flaw. Fast, accurate, easy to read, splash-proof, folds up neatly, well priced - but as mentioned in another review, the mode button is extremely sensitive and it's hard to avoid accidentally switching to hold-mode or off when holding normally. It's supposed to be touch-sensitive, but actually you don't even need to touch it - just holding your finger or hand very close can be enough.I returned my first purchase as faulty but the replacement is almost as bad for this. I'm keeping it though, as it's very good in every other way. Just hold it with your hand away from the mode button and all is well.Update: the replacement product is now as bad as the first one - it's fine one minute, then the display goes crazy and flashes rapidly between modes. Useless. I've reluctantly returned it for refund.

Easy to use and convenient

I bought this product because it could be re-charged via USP. This morning it stopped working, and there was no sign of life even though I charged it. No not very pleased. Could not see how to exchange it.

Arrived on time and works well so far.

Didn’t work

Bought more expensive make, temperature probe worked, but unable to adjust temperature reading form F to C. Returned, bought cheap model, non-folding which works beautifully.

Died after 2 months
