Does this kill biting lice as well as fleas and ticks?

I’ve used this but my dog is now covered in ticks, will they die and drop off? If so how long will it take? I cannot find the answer anywhere

remove the tics you might have faulty batch of flea and tic stuff they never just drop of we allways do are dog again a week or 2 before due again if you feel you can’t do it your self with the little green tool please take your dog to vets and let them do it tics can make your dog i very ill
