Surprisingly delicious
I mistaking my bought this thinking it was tapioca pearls, I know my mistake I bought these late at night. However I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think I would like them but they literally just taste like popping versions of tapioca pearls. Like a brown sugar taste. I saw a review saying it tasted like chemicals and while I could in hindsight see how someone tastes that, the brown sugar overrides it. I use it with taro milk tea and they go so good together. They’re strong enough so that when you pour ice on top they don’t break easily but super easy to break when biting. I honestly could see myself purchasing these again when I run out since they’re ready to put in the cup just like that (tapioca pearls you have to boil and I don’t want to do that lol). I would honestly give these a try if you like tapioca pearls but don’t want to go through the hassle of making them, they’re a good ready to serve and delicious alternative!

These cant be called boba perls, what a disapoitment.
don't bye it. It taste nothing like boba. The texture is more like the red caviar but not the good way. This is the second time i got tricked . I had only a little and made me really sick. Also my boyfriend tried and hated it. We had to throw out our shakes. What a disappointment. Basically, when you bite in to those things, they explode in your mouth bye leaking this terrible tasting watery liquid . How dear you wasting our time and money , selling this garbage.

Great easy alternative to chewy boba prep
Tastes just like regular boba except it is popping, fluid filled ball. A great substitute for the more traditional chewy tapioca-style boba but without the hassle. These are ready to go. Just pop off the lid and add to your beverage or ice cream as a topping. Since they do pop, they arent really sturdy enough to put in a milkshake but you could.

I don't know
The flavor is there, maybe a little too sweet. But they are nothing like I buy at the tea house. I like a chewy boba. These are not chewy at all. The skin is thin and there are a lot of popped boba in the container.
