I've tried a few different whey protein powders, including GNC's basic gold one. This tastes the best. It's not gritty (I'm looking at you, GNC Gold!). It has very few carbs and 24g protein, so it will fill you up without fattening you up. I like that my protein is coming from cows fed grass and not grain. (Yes, I know that grass is a type of grain, but that's getting technical.)This 2 lb. tub is about 30 shakes, assuming you use one scoop of powder for each. I like to have it for breakfast with about 5 frozen strawberries. It takes about a minute to put the water, powder, and strawberries into the blender and have it ready to go.

we have sampled many varieties. originally got at a GNC, owner said he had tried them all and recommended. have reordered from amazon. it does not have that overly-sweet artificial taste. has stevia, not bad chemical sweeteners. I like that it is grass fed, better profile protein. mixes well. favorite blend is half banana, tbspn peanut butter, scoop mix, 8oz of highlife lower carb milk, and some ice. you won't be hungry for hours.

Love this! Taste great, mixes great. I'm a one a day shake girl and this fills me up. I mix a little berries, banana, almond/coconut milk and spinach. It's a power breakfast!

I have been purchasing this brand for a while and have been very satisfied, but this last order was not the same as before. This time it gave me lots of gas and diarrhea every time that, I drank it. It is with regret that, I will not be purchasing it again. I don't want to pay to get sick!

Protein powder is delicious, non gritty and will keep you feeling full for over 4 hours.

Tasty, clean, budget friendly & organic. I have made this with skim or water, plain or with added banana, added pb2 or added strawberries. Vanilla is yummy too.
