LOVE this mac and cheese!! I’ve recently been watching my food content to try and make healthier choices, and I love that the pasta is chickpea-based (not to mention, the extra protein that comes with it)! Sure, there’s going to be better alternatives than pasta, but if you still crave those carbs, this is by far the best option I’ve ever tried. It tastes amazing, and is super quick to make if you’re short on time (super helpful for me, a college student). It’s slightly more expensive than other pastas, but the tradeoff for eating something better for my body, with higher-quality, healthier ingredients makes it worth it. Smokey Dokey and Twist my Parm are my favorite flavors!!

This stuff is delicious. My go-to quick pasta fix and way better than any of standard mac and cheeses, plus has good protein content. If you like Spaghetti Carbonara than with a couple easy tweaks the Goodles Parm tastes just like it and is easy and quick to make. I follow the standard directions on the box, use a touch more butter than it calls for, after you add the cheese powder packet add a little bit of fresh shredded Parm cheese and some bacon pieces or pancetta if you have it (warm up the bacon pieces or pancetta in microwave for 20 seconds to crisp them up first) and voila! Literally tastes like a good carbonara for like $4 of ingredients and made in less than 15 minutes.

This has become a new favorite in our house! Goodles Twist My Parm tastes rich, creamy, and real — nothing like typical boxed mac. The Asiago-Parmesan combo is perfectly cheesy and flavorful. Best part? We made it without milk — just used a splash of the starchy pasta water — and it still turned out silky and delicious. The spirals hold the sauce beautifully, and it's packed with protein, fiber, and even veggies (but you'd never know). Even the picky eaters cleaned their plates. This one’s a permanent pantry staple! Only hiccup: two boxes arrived open at the top flaps, but all contents were still sealed in their bags. Just something to watch for in shipping bag vs. box. Still, absolutely worth it — this one’s a pantry staple now!

Very tasty. I like combining it with tuna and veggies for a complete high-protein bowl.

These never disappoint and are very delicious! Box came slightly banged up (which I sadly did not take a picture of) but there was no broken seal or evidence of tampering, so all good in the end.
