I bought this mouth guard as my tongue was putting pressure at the back of my front teeth at night. This mouth guard has stopped all that because the material of the mouth guard means the tongue hasn't got that room to travel, plus the guard covers the teeth completely, so added protection there too. The mouth guard itself makes a very good impression of the teeth, easy to wear, and it leaves a fresh taste in the mouth. Excellent value for money. For me, this is one of the best products I have ever purchased on Amazon.

these are brilliant ive been a really bad grinder for years and ive finally bit the bullet and ordered a guard I have a really bad over bite too but these are really easy to shape and they are so comfortable at night ive slept with it in with no problems inwas expecting it to be uncomfortable to start with but it hasn't been

Don’t bother. Save your money, unless you have a penchant for gagging, then this is the product for you. Too big, hard, clumsy, feels uncomfortable and unnatural in your mouth. Bought for TMJ problem for stress, the perils of going through a divorce with a narcissist, but ended up getting a night guard from the dentist. I suggest this as a better option. 💕

Moulding this guard was actually super easy, so the application is pretty straight forward. I didn't realise how much I was grinding my teeth until I started wearing this. If you are thinking of getting one I recommend being wary of the thickness of this guard as if you have a smaller mouth you may not be able to fully close your mouth with it in - which could mean you can only sleep on your back with it in (unless you like drooling on your pillow.) But that's the only downside. It's a great product and great value for money.

I'd give these guards 6 stars if I could. By far the easiest to mould to fit I've ever used, many times easier than sports guard of which I've tried and used many. Once fitted I trimmed with sharp scissors. I sleep all night through no problems and no biting my own tongue. Comfy, easy to use, easy to clean. 10 out of 10 product.

I thought I would try these as my dentist says I grind my teeth at night. The moulding procedure was simple but I had to trim them quite a bit to stop me from gagging. They are quite thick and I found my sleep quite disturbed when I used them. Unfortunately not for me but glad I tried them.

I bought these as my previous mouth guard had worn through (nhs). Was very easy to do. You trim to size the place in boiled water then when you lift it out you mould it to your teeth. I had to make some adjustments but can be reheated and cooled repeatedly. Been wearing it for weeks with no problem. Better than nhs ones and I have spares.

This is amazing, I bought it to prevent damage during epilepsy seizures whilst I'm asleep, having bitten into the inside of my mouth quite a few times. The instructions to get a proper fit are straight forward and it's now ready, fantastic. There are 4 in the box so should last a while.
