Perfect fit around the ear, also with the default ear silicones. Sound is excellent out of the box I did not find a need to use the app. Long life batteries.

I received the product and like the sound quality. But the color delivered is quite different than what was ordered, so a bit disappointing to receive the wrong color.

I have experienced multiple issues with the JLAB Go Air Sport. On my first purchase, one of the earbuds was defective and not functioning. After returning the product, I received a replacement unit; however, it also had a defect, as the battery drained completely within just one minute of use. Furthermore, the return pickup process has been extremely frustrating. The pickup personnel were uncooperative and unwilling to collect the package from a location less than 100 meters away. They frequently arrived late and repeatedly instructed me to cancel the pickup request myself. As a result of their lack of reliability and flexibility, I was forced to cancel and reschedule the return pickup three separate times. Despite these efforts, the item has still not been collected, and the return process remains unresolved and ongoing. I am highly disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service experience and would appreciate an immediate resolution to this matter.

10 months post purchase review. One earbud stopped working. Otherwise very good running buds

I received these JLab Go Air Sport+ earbuds brand new, but they did not work properly from the beginning. After taking them out of the case, there were no normal lights or sounds, and the earbuds did not appear in my phone’s Bluetooth settings or in the JLab app. I fully charged the case and also followed the troubleshooting and reset instructions, including tapping each earbud seven times, but they still would not pair or function normally. At one point, one earbud showed a blue light while inside the case, but the earbuds still did not connect or work. Very disappointing for a brand-new product. They were basically unusable straight out of the box.

I want to adjust the eq using the app but found out that is not supported. Also the gel tips is not actually gel but silicone which hurt my ear. The only good thing about it are the hooks. What a waste! Update: It is not secure fit, had to stop in the middle of my workout to adjust it or it will fall off. Also the silicone cover of the hooks started to have discoloration and i used it only for few times. Cannot recommend!

Took some online reviews for me to purchase this product. Mainly to use at the gym and cycling. For which it is amazing. Personally prefer the Jlabs EQ over the Balanced EQ.

This earbuds are amazing! I got them to use in gym and everything about this product worth the money you spent. They have a great app to control from your phone. Unbelievable battery life and sound quality. It covers all your ear which makes it impossible to fall from your ears. Usually I have difficulties to pair my earbuds with the phone and other devices but this one does not have anything like that, connects to every bluetooth device right away without any single effort. I use it for more than a year now. I would definetely buy it again if it gets broken.

Good fit, good sound. Connects with phone and TV. Holds charge for a very long time.

The sounds are good, stays good on the ears and the battery last long. Im satisfied 😊

Wanted something not too expensive, which wont fall off my ear when running. Im happy I found jlab. Nice design, perfectly fit my ear, and good sound quality.
