I have purchased many different brands of powdered peanut butter because I love peanut butter but not the calories and fat. I have subscriptions for Naked PB and PB Fit Simply Peanut and enjoy them both. They both cost about the same price and when I saw this Pure PB Peanut Butter Powder, at a lower cost, I decided to try it out. The only ingredient in the Pure PB brand is peanuts and it's organic! There is no extra hidden sugar and the taste is on par with the other name brand powdered peanut butter that I've purchased and at a lower cost. It's easy to use this powder, all you need to do is just add water. I mix this powdered peanut butter with sugar free chocolate syrup and put it on frozen banana pieces. I am also eating high protein foods so I am incorporating the powdered peanut butter into my baked goods and overnight oatmeal concoctions. The only tiny negative I can say about this product is that I wasn't able to close the plastic bag back up, the resealable zipper didn't work, after it was opened. Actually, since the bag is fairly tall, it would be easier to access the powder if you transfer it into a resealable container. It's so nice to be able to eat peanut butter without all the unhealthy effects and I'm even happier that I can now purchase it at a savings over the other brands I had previously purchased!

Good for baking and cooking; a bit bland on its own but adds a nice, nutty flavour and respectable protein content to recipes without so much of the fat and calories present in real peanut butter. If you're expecting the excellent palatability and flavour of "peanut butter" you will be sorely disappointed. But this is 80% as good, for 30% of the calories, so it is a great substitute.

This is my favorite peanut butter powder! Tastes great, mixes well. I love that there is no sugar or salt added and it is also non-GMO. The bag is always filled to the top and includes a small scooper. I find that putting half the bag into a glass jar makes less of a mess when scooping. I did try keeping it in the bag, but I just made a mess every time I try to scoop because this is so powdery. The taste is really light, perfect in every recipe I use it for. My favorite recipe using peanut butter powderis blending 2 TB with 2 TB maple syrup and 1 can drained chickpeas. Blend till smooth and you have a perfect dip for apples! Add in chocolate chips and you take it to a whole different level!

This product is exactly what it is supposed to be: 4 lbs of peanut butter powder. It does taste like peanuts, but without the oil and fats, the taste is pretty weak. On the plus side, this isn't too much fat in here. Works nicely in smoothies. I'm not sure what else someone might use this for.

Don't expect this taste exactly like regular peanut butter. It's good, not tweet or salty. I was looking for an alternative for PB fit and came across this. The macros aren't as great but this was more affordable. The texture of it is depending on how much water you got. You can make it thin or thick. Easy to mix just takes a while. Pretty easy and simple to use. If you have kids, it would be a great activity to keep them busy. I think it's a good quantity for the price. As for digestibilty I have noticed it stays in my system longer I don't know if it's a good thing for you. For me it keeps me fuller longer
