Cambie Sweet Round Medium Tart Shells, 2.17" in Diameter, French Style Tart Shells with White Chocolate Coating (Pack of 40)

These tart shells are great for personal-sized pies. They are easy to use and stayed in shape with filling, even after a few days. My neighbor wanted mincemeat pies for the Thxgiving meal we invited him to but... mincemeat seemed a bit barbaric and I wondered how I could swing it without making mincemeat pie compete with the 3 or 4 traditional pies. I bought these shells and some expensive mincemeat chutney and made star shaped sugar cookies for the shell topping, served gently warmed with a spoon of whipped cream... delightful looking & tasting. Only 2 arrived cracked and that was ok; they are package well and arrived as promised - on time! By the way, my neighbor... He decided not to come over as he is shy around crowds but he still wanted his mincemeats pie! lol, great old guy!

Absolutely fabulous. Has not been one broken crust.

These worked very well for mini tarts. If you're going to make them a little ahead of time, make sure you coat them with some kind of chocolate, white or regular, or they get very mushy and you can't pick them up. I learned that the hard way, but the ones that I did coat with chocolate, turned out wonderfully.

5: Shipment received without any damages inside and out. 4: tastes buttery and perfectly crumbly. Slightly this bottoms so definitely had to brush with a bit of chocolate to keep bottoms from getting soft
