Fits my zepbound pen and securely holds 4 needles. Good for travel. Just know that it wont keep things cold, and there's no "disposal" for needles - you just put them back where you got it from so you can safely dispose of later.

Kinda hard to open the pen side. Doesn't hold very many needles. Other than that good

This is a fabulous find! I can take my insulin and needles with me when I’m going out and about. No more worrying about whether or not my needles have been compromised or not. I actually now have 3 of these! They also fit quite well in my bag! J
