Really comfortable to wear. Didn’t really feel them there but felt so much better from sleeping better. I don’t snore myself awake anymore lol. Super easy to put in, it doesn’t feel flimsy at all, and well worth the cost.

I didn’t really know what to expect but I was at my wits end with my husbands apnea and snoring. He doesn’t have a machine as we are waiting on insurance approval so I tried these.More air, less snoring and grunting through the night. Color me surprised. I tried them myself and I feel like it actually lets in more air as I sleep. I regularly have to use sinex but felt my sinuses release too! It does take some time to get used to for the feeling is odd. Not uncomfortable at all, just something new to get used to.
