La Tourangelle, White Truffle Popcorn and Cooking Spray, Gourmet Flavor for Veggies, Pasta, Potatoes, Pizza, Marinades and Popcorn, 5 fl oz

Straight Fire!!!

This truffle spray is about as good as you could possibly expect. It is absolutely delicious on popcorn. Since I've gotten it, I've only eaten popcorn with the truffle spray. I don't know if I'll go back to just regular salt and butter. I put the salt and the butter on the popcorn first and then truffle spray. If I want an extra boost, I put an additional spritz of the truffle spray on the popcorn right before I'm going to get ready to eat it. But it does seem to hold the flavor overnight on the popcorn. I haven't tried it on other foods yet but I'm very excited to do that. At Amazon's current price of under $10, especially with the 20% off discount, I would recommend stocking up on this product--it's just that good!

This is a wonderful choice for where I live. I cannot get freshly harvested truffles so I tried this. It smells exactly as truffles do, but in spray form. I learned that heat will greatly diminish the flavor. I use it primarily as finishing topper for my dishes, for a decadent splurge! I am purchasing again. I do recommend storing in a cool place. I have lower cupboards where I kept this spray, my EVOO spray and my bottle of EVOO oil. I do recommend this spray.

Addictive, wonderful, truffle spray. Especially on popcorn. It’s a must-have! Great on fish, eggs, veggies, etc.

It’s a good spray oil; however, I’m finding myself hating the use of spray oils as you have to hold the bottle far enough away so it sprays evenly/doesn’t drip, and as such, the mist disperses all over your kitchen. I always liked the idea of spray for the convenience until I realized this was happening lol.
