what does stay tucked mean? does it mean its longer than normal that you have to tuck in pants? i need regular shirt that needs no tuck in pants.

are there side seams?

As of 2023, the size 3XB (3XL big) has side seams.

Does the neck keep its shape?? A previous purchase was terrible as the neck collar curled!

Did great at first but eventually about a third (2 packages) had collars that lost shape. Still not as bad as other brands. I wear mine 5-7 days a week so lots of use.
