I had a few challenges with the adaptor failing initially, but the customer service was excellent. They sent me an immediate replacement for the adaptor and communicated well. Appreciative of their customer service. Each individual winder can be customized and so far it's a good choice. I've had challenges with winding an AP and another heavy watch with my Buben Zorweg winder. But they do get wound with the Volta. Which in itself is a very pleasing thing as that watch needed a lot of changes when left unwound.Only problem noted was smaller watches (women's) with metal bands don't fit well. But with the men's large and mid size it's fine.
