As my video demonstrates. It's a tight fit, but it should be okay for the WiiU Pro Controller. If you're worried about the sticks, maybe cut the mesh out so the sticks don't rub against it. Hope this helps!

Will this fit joy cons with the grip attached?

Hey! The good news is that the grips with 2 joycons do fit inside the case! The bad news is that it's rather loose. This wouldn't be an issue if it was just loose side to side, but it's loose top to bottom too, meaning the joycons' joysticks could potentially be damaged in there. Joy cons especially have a joystick problem, so maybe keep the lesser ones in there while preserving the good ones in a regular switch case. Happy travels! (P.S also tried it with the Xbox one controller while I was here. It fits wonderfully, no looseness at all! Might be unrelated but helpful to someone else at least

Fits Steam Controller (2026) like a glove

I know this is not it's intended use case, but for anyone wondering, it fits the new steam controller, with puck and cord perfectly! I was tempted to get the variant for the ultimate 2 that has a hole for the charge cord, but after looking at it, it wouldn't have worked anyway, since it is placed lower to plug into its charging dock, so it wouldn't plug into the steam controller usb port or attached puck.

Perfect for the new 2026 Steam Controller!

Perfect case for the new Steam Controller 2026!!!! Nice and snug.....has the mesh pocket to easily hold the puck and cable. Others have mentioned the lid presses down on the buttons? I'm not finding that at all. Even with the cable and puck in the mesh pocket, closing the lid leaves a bit of space, but the controller doesn't flop around loosely. The outer shell is that hard fabric canvas style that's extremely rigid. This case is a fantastic value!
