Loaded with features
Toilet was well packed, shipped quickly, and easy to install. Mine was missing a tiny little screw sleeve that's critical for mounting but Lee from support was able to ship me a replacement at no cost quickly. Everything on it works as advertised, auto lid, heated seat, temperature controlled bidet and dryer, ventilation fan, night light and boosted flush. One thing I was nervous about was mounting it on my 3 inch inner diameter floor flange but I've had zero issues with clogging. Has all of the luxury of a toto for a fraction of the cost, I'm glad I took the plunge, without the plunger!

Great Value and Functionality
Thoughts after having for a couple days. Did extensive research looking for a good smart toilet under ~$1,200. Auto-open/close - Works great with the tap of a foot or walking up to it Bidet - Solid water pressure and 4 temp options Warm Seat - Instantly warm as soon as you sit down and has 4 different temp options Deodorizer - Seems to do a solid job Air Dryer - Has a little bit of a funky smell but that might just be because it's new Flush - Strong flush for a toilet Nightlight - Works well and nice feature Can't speak to its durability over time but definitely recommend. Great smart toilet for under $1k.

Silent, well executed convenience
We bought 2 of these EPLO DP7 SE Smart Toilets for a remodel and could not be happier. Installation was fairly straightforward. The back of the toilet is wider than conventional toilets, so you have to make sure the inlet coming from the wall is in the right place. Use the template provided to check clearance. There is a large cutout in the back, so valve can be tucked into the toilet. Initially, we were concerned with valve access since this is now in the toilet. However, if you read the instructions for backup battery replacement, you will see that the top section (bidet) can be easily removed, and there is plenty of access. Bidet functions, heated seat, all features work really well. The boost pump assisted flush is really powerful - probably the best feature of all! Another feature that we liked is that all the push button functions were executed with soft beeps, and no music, no fanfare. We like automation and convenience, but a rice cooker playing a ring tone upon completing it's task is a bit too much for us. The product appears to be well made, and very affordable compared to some other name brands. Very happy with the purchase.

Nice upgraded smart throne
Packaging : excellent, no damage to product Shipping: quick Unbox: cut straps and open Contents: there is one battery backup, one electrical plug USA style, two large hoses in back of toilet and and adapter to work with 3/8” standard USA toilet valve. The 3/8 adapter oring design I was not happy with, it’s finicky so be careful during install. Inside the adapter the metal is flat and deforms the oring to the point where it’s not water tight. So don’t tighten too tight. Better would be to get a 1/2” valve and not use the 3/8 to 1/2 adapter. My home has 2” drain and the included wax ring would not work I had to use a standard wax ring. I used existing flange and did not use the included flange and it worked ok. Setting the toilet on ring requires 2 people for precise alignment. Recommend using tape on the floor to mark bolt location on each side for easier alignment. The smart features work well. Motion sensor you walk up and seat lifts, kick the button and it’s read for man pee, walk away and it flushes. Seat and water warm, flushes nice. You need to have an electrical outlet within 12” of the toilet. And I had to move the water valve because the toilet sits very close to the wall. If you’re really wanting a smart toilet for good price I can recommend it, but be prepared that you might need to move the valve, might need to add power, etc. Customer service answers questions within 24 hours which is excellent.

this toilet is a proper throne!
It seemed a big risk to spend so much on a newly designed toilet but my wife thinks I'm a wizard for choosing and installing it, and she's a tough critic (coming from Asia where bidets are common and where Japanese bidets can be very expensive). It really warms the water and seat and air for an all around superior morning ritual experience. Installation was complicated by the fact that I didn't initially realize there are compression and NPT threads on the adapter. The mfgs supply a 3/8s adapter which creates a 2nd connection between the bidet 3 way valve and the supply line, but I found it easer to replace the wall valve to a 1/2" NPT connector and eliminate the 3/8s adapter, reducing the drip, drip drip I was getting with the adapter going from NPT to compression threads (because the threads on the adapter were 1/2 a rotation too short to properly tighten, I believe, at least with my 3/8" valve stem). So my suggestion is don't use the adapter if you have a 3/8" wall valve. Use a 1/2" NPT valve instead to directly attach the bidet 3 way connector. Also, inspect the bidet connector for inner O-ring location (it seems to twist out of place easily during installation) and if you have a clean urban water supply just get rid of the screen and 0-ring completely to avoid it causing more problems than it solves. Once I'd done that I had to contend with the fact that getting the toilet to lower vertically to perfectly align with the stability guides that come from the mfg was too difficult because the toilet is too heavy to lower vertically without using some special jacks of some sort. So I got the wax ring properly attached to the toilet and then "tipped" it into place and properly secured it then with construction glue and grout so as to anchor it. And then let it cure in place for a day before using. This worked for me, although it's not optimal (will have issues someday removing it). But since there is no way on the smooth sides for anchor bolts something has to be done and I think my choice works and the result is clean and easy to maintain and unlikely to slip. The result is a "smart toilet" that has all the bells and whistles for a good price and what appears to be very good construction/quality.
