Patanjali Divya Mukta Vati (120 Tablets),Brown, 120 Count (Pack of 1)

I've been on Mukta Vati for just over two years and honestly it's saved my life. In August of 2016 I had a routine doctor's visit and my blood pressure was through the roof. I was told to go immediately to the ER. I was diagnosed as being in a malignant hypertensive crisis. I had BP has high as 249/149. I was immediately put on hypertensive medicine and was in the ER three more times within a two week period. After 5 days of being on pharmaceutics, I had adverse side effects or an allergy response to the hypertension medicine. I could hardly breathe, muscle weakness, headaches, extreme anxiety, extreme fatigue. I felt like I was at deaths door. I immediately researched BP medicines and found mukta vati. I ordered it and went off the pharmaceuticals. It took one month before my mukta vati arrived. This was before I had Prime... Live and learn. In that long month I did try two other pharmaceutical medicines for two days and again horrid side effects with headaches 24/7 with no relief from Tylenol, etc.. I also tried every natural remedy out there to get my BP down and nothing worked. I also had a resting pulse of 119-120. Every day I didn't know if that was the day I would die. I also researched the causes of extreme high blood pressure and found that sleep apnea could cause this. I then started on the road to getting into the sleep clinic and then a sleep study. It was a LONG process that took about 3 1/2 months before I finally got my CPAP machine and was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Back to the Mukta Vati, within a short period of time my blood pressure slowly started to come down and I was finally in the normal zone. My blood pressure has been consistently normal. Tonight I took it and it was 118/73. with a resting pulse of 66. It's a miracle to know where I am now to where I've come from. Side note: I was on the mukta vati three times a day for 1 1/2 years before I was able to reduce it to 2 tablets, 2 times daily. My blood pressure came down gradually. The only side effects I had were in the beginning with a little occasional light-headedness, but nothing terrible. Nowadays, no light-headedness. I think that was an initial adjustment while my blood pressure was coming down. Also, some occasional nasal dryness. 100% I would advocate for mukta vati. Saved my life!!! -Kristie Prudhomme

I’m in absolute disbelief. After 10 years of dealing with high BP and never finding a long term solution, this product came across me in a YouTube video and I now have peace of mind. I believed that I was bound to either deal with the consequences of leaving it untreated or deal with the problems that come with stacking tons of medications that eventually end up doing nothing. I consistently measured 140/80-150/90 since the early age of 21. I could sometimes bring those numbers down, but it required years of intermittent fasting - which I will still continue to do - countless supplements that I tried. So many uncomfortable, restless nights, pain in my chest, arm and jaw, multiple ER visits… After 2 days of taking Makta Vati, I have measured 115/65-120/70 for the past few hours now. The last time I measured this low for this long was probably when I was a teenager. Thank you to whoever created this product. I’m hoping this continues to work well for me. Update: BE CAREFUL USING MUKTA VATI! I realize now that I could’ve put myself in a dangerous situation taking as much as I did in the start. I tried taking 3 tablets in a day and I woke up with a pulse of 40! I know that was stupid of me, but I found out that I was working with an old broken BP monitor at that time that measured 150/90 so I just tried upping the dose. Currently I take 1/4 of a tablet every day and it brings down my numbers by around 20 mmHg on my systolic and 10 on my diastolic. Those are very impressive numbers.

They still work but make sure you pay attention when buying the new label and design comes with a new mix

My BP was running in the 150-160's range. I started taking Mukta Vati after seeing it on YouTube 2X a day. BP went down to the 130's. Quit taking it for a month. Had some other issues going on and wanted to verify it wasn't the Mukta Vati. Checked online for side effects. Usually stuffy nose & on some people slight knee pain. No long term negative effects like doctor prescribed allopathic meds. Even after a month of not using it my BP stayed in the lower range. It seemed to make a permanent change. I take my BP several times in 1 sitting. I like to see what the high range is whem I'm active. So I take it immediately when I sit down. Then resting 5, 10 & 15 minutes. The recommended reading is at rest for 15 minutes. So my low BP was still stayed in the 130's to even the 120's range. I started taking it again only this time 3X a week every other day & skip weekends. My BP contines to stay in the 130's range even dropping into the 115's range.

This is the only thing that lowers my blood pressure. I’ve been on every prescription medication there is with no help. It took several months for this to start working but now, after using it for a year, it has lowered it roughly 40 points on the top number and 15 points on the bottom. The initial side effects of tiredness went away once my body got used to it. It’s not a quick remedy but it works slowly over time lowering BP gradually. I highly recommend this product.

I have only taken this for a period of weeks consistently but that didn't do anything. They may need to be taken for months. When I 1st started taking them it was like your nose gets stuffy at night but that did go away.

I’m amazed by this supplement. I have been on blood pressure pills for many years, even had to add a second pill to control it. I started 3 days ago with one of these pills, second day took one in the morning and one in the evening and dropped one of my prescription pills. Day 3 my blood pressure was 117/74. That is amazing. When I came to leave a review there were only 3 boxes left so I ordered another to be sure not to run out. I’m so happy to be able to get off those dang pharmaceuticals.

I was told about this 2 years ago and was hesitant to try it based on the odd name and foreign ingredients. I've been taking Losartan Potassium for 9 years and it has never really managed my blood pressure. When i was stressed it would still spike to 140s/90s. even on a good day it was 130s/high 80s. I started taking this and my meds for 2 weeks before it finally lowered my BP and i stopped my prescription altogether. I take two of these pills every morning. My BP is consistently like 116/68 or when i get done exercising 118/72. but it is NEVER over 120/80! even if i accidently miss 1 day, it still stays consistently under 120/80! It does have a very dirt like or earthy flavor so i always have like coffee to wash the taste out or something to eat after i take them but it is well worth it for the benefits! I do sometimes have a little bit of a stuffy nose which is a common side effect but again, I'll take it over being bound to chemical drugs and prescription pickups! Highly recommend!

This works very effectively in case of BP range is boarder line for high BP. This is not effective if the BP is around 140/90+. You may need to consult doctor.
