I’ve only been taking MenoMate for a week, but I already feel some positive changes. My digestion seems better, and I’ve had fewer night sweats than usual. It’s still early, but so far I’m really happy with it and excited to see more results with continued use.

i gave this to my mother in law to try and she has seen a big difference in her mood and night sweats just by adding this supplements to her daily intake. its got great ingredients that support menopause plus probiotics for overall gut health and she liked this product well enough that shes already had me order her more, very glad we gave this a try.

I don't really get too many hot flashes anymore. I was trying this just as a general probiotic. The packaging arrived intact, the safety seals were in place. There were no unusual odors or tastes. The capsules were sealed and intact. There was no residual powder in the packaging. I did not experience any adverse effects from taking this product.

The pills are easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any digestive discomfort when taken with food. That said, there are two drawbacks worth noting. First, the smell when you open the bottle is really unpleasant. It’s not quite chemical, but it’s not herbal or fresh either. It made me question the product quality at first, though the capsules themselves don’t seem to carry that odor once swallowed. Second, the price is steep for a 30-day supply, especially since the label suggests you'll need to use it consistently for several months to see results. Too soon to say if it will fully deliver on all its promises, but I’m encouraged by the formulation and early experience. I’ll likely finish this bottle and see how I feel, but the price point may keep it from becoming a staple in my routine. This supposedly helps with energy, weight, and sleep quality. I haven't noticed too much of a change in those areas yet, so it really must take months to see how effective this is.

This review is for the 60-capsule bottle. Serving size is 2 capsules making this bottle a 30-day supply. According to the bottle this probiotic is made in the US from both domestic and imported ingredients. The brand is based in Georgia. The container indicated an expiration date of July 2026. One thing of note is a couple misspellings on the container, which makes a negative impression. The capsules are standard size and are orange or have a blend which makes them look orange, which I presume is from the turmeric. These are the wife’s comments on the product. She likes that the product has a breakdown of the ingredients, including a detail of the probiotic blend. As she gets closer to middle age, she is starting to occasionally have symptoms of menopause as well as digestive issues and was looking for something that could help. This particular brand has 10 billion CFU. She recommends taking this after eating as these can cause stomach discomfort in an empty stomach and occasionally caused gas even when taken after a meal. These are normal sized capsules and easy to swallow without any significant aftertaste. These have an odor, maybe it is the turmeric. It isn’t terrible, but is noticeable. With probiotics there are different formulations for the various brands. Some may work for your particular body better than others. She has not seen any significant benefits from using this so far and thinks using these probiotics can be costly over time especially when it indicates it can be months before you notice any results. These probiotics are expensive per container in her opinion as there are other options that cost less with clear cut results. 3 stars

I am actually in peri-menopause so I’m not sure if I should be using these already or not but I feel like it did help the hot flashes. That was the main thing I struggled with is getting overly heated with small movement. I feel a little more energized and less bloated as well.

I received in good shape, sealed, and with a expiration date of 7/20/2026 I did receive on a hot day so get these out of the mailbox as soon as possible if it’s summer. The pills are a bit big but I would say they are a standard size large pill. Reviewing vitamins and supplements is really hard, I know you want me to say “yes they work great” but it’s not that easy. I’m taking these hoping they will help with everything related to menopause. Time will tell, and if the product can help a little bit it will be a success in my book.

I love the idea of using herbs and other natural remedies to support your body in addition to standard medicine. I own and use many herbal supplements, teas, and body care products. I was really looking forward to trying this product due to the stage of life I'm in (perimenopause) and because of all the things it's supposed to help with. Probiotics PLUS herbal ingredients that are known to help with menopause? Count me in! Imagine my surprise when I opened this bottle and smelled a strong off-putting, chemical smell. I sniffed the lid, the bottle seal, the bottle itself, and a capsule. I still have yet to figure out where the smell was coming from, but it did NOT smell herbal or "pleasantly medicinal". I had another family member sniff it too, in case I was imagining things, and he was very put off by it as well. I ended up opening a capsule and tasting the ingredients, to see if it was the actual ingredients or something else. The capsule contents tasted much better than what I had smelled. So clearly the smell is somewhere in the bottle, seal, or the exterior of the capsules themselves. I'm going to leave the bottle open for a bit to see if that helps air it out. If it does, I might change my rating. But for now I'm giving it 3 stars because I did NOT like that chemical smell coming from something I'm supposed to ingest.
