I'm looking to cover fascia boards that are 160mm x 20mm and also 140mm x 22mm, do you know what size board I would need?

For the 160mm you will need 175mm x 22mm upvc cover board, for the 140 you will need 150mm x 22mm and cut the wide section down to the size you require for each application, give the boards plenty of support when cutting, use a sharp small tooth hand saw with steady strokes DON'T rush the saw.

Can I use this on top of an old outdoors window sill, as a fascia?

Yes, as long as the sill is structurally sound, the fascia is ideal for covering exiting surfaces. I have been very pleased with the quality of this product.

Great delivery at time ,I was really impressed and it helped me getting this product in 5m lengths as other DIY places limited you to approx just over 3m , which meant I was wasting a good 800mm due to the window dimensions.
