DXZ Upgraded A3 UV Printer with L805 6-Color Printhead, Vacuum Platform & White Ink System – High-Resolution Flatbed Printing for Phone Cases, Bottles, Wood & More (Printer+Laptop)

This machine prints very nicely on both stretched canvasses and tumblers using uv ink, however the uv ink does not adhered to glossy material, it has the tendency to bubble and peel off, you must use a coated tumbler for the best result. The only issue I have encountered with this purchase has been trying to get the company to resupply me with the two year free ink it promised. I hope that this issue will be resolved soon.

I've been very happy with the printer it functions like it should and it is simple enough to use once you follow the setup directions. I even reached out to support and received really good directions for the information I wanted. I had tried a smaller printer from another brand and had not received a good of service. The printer always seemed to have problems with the white, this printer on the other hand I have left for 5 plus days and I do the deep clean and like magic it works. The one thing I wish is the software had a few more options it is pretty basic. I have put it through it's paces I have printed direct on a 12x20 birch board for lasering, a few plastic can style tumblers, and tried stickers, again the printing was great my a b film choice not so much. I also printed on leather note books. At first the color didn't seem great but played with the color settings in my graphic design program, the icc profile on the pc and the ink values and now it is great probably my monitor isn't set right and the whole learning process.

I ordered a DTF printer from DXZ and the customer support is so fantastic and the machine works amazing I went ahead and ordered a DXZ A3 UV printer. I have to say that I 100 percent recommend this company and their products. You will not be disappointed. They go above and beyond for their customers. Not at all like their competitors that you can never get in touch with.

The printer arrived quickly and was very nicely packaged. The quality of the print projects have been very nice. We have printed on wood and foam board so far. Customer service was great walking us through the process of setting it up. They were even able to remote in and show us remotely.

When I first received the machine, I was honestly a bit lost—it was my first time using this kind of equipment and I had no prior experience with anything similar. Luckily, after contacting customer service, their engineer got in touch with me very quickly. What impressed me the most was that on the installation day, I couldn’t even figure out which port to plug the data cable into. I sent them videos seven or eight times, and they never got impatient—they guided me step by step. At one point, I accidentally entered the wrong parameter setting, which caused all the prints to come out as waste. I asked them again, and they patiently explained the principle from the start, so later on I could figure out what to adjust by myself. From unboxing to producing the first usable print, it took most of a day, but I barely made any detours. Now, after using it for almost two weeks, I just turn it on and print every day without any issues. Overall: the product is good, but more importantly, I really want to thank their after-sales team for being so patient with a complete beginner like me. If you're considering it, feel free to go for it.
