I started taking these Calcium Hydroxyapatite capsules to help with remineralizing my teeth and giving my bones extra support — and I’ve been really impressed. Good for your joints

It is difficult to tell with supplements what effect they have. I rely on research to determine what I need and the best brand for my money. My research told me this brand was good and at a great price.

Dont use daily for very long, like 2 months tops, or maybe 3, or just a few weeks is all or only here and there with food is all you need to repair and strengthen teeth, eventually itll cause kidney pain and maybe kidney damage if usage is constant for months straight I'd go with just a few weeks and see how your teeth feel and then dial it back to no usage maybe

Omg when I tell you the pain has stopped in my gums. I open the tablet and pour it on my toothbrush with my toothpaste.

Some calcium upsets my stomach this is well tolerated.

I do not take these daily. I had severe osteoporosis in my upper jaw and shoulder blades and pelvic bone. I do not want to have bone issues so i do load bearing exercises and my bone scan results are far better. I like that these have phosphorus. I take one capsule every other day with a low dose of boron soft gel pill. I just ordered more Boron from NOW. I take them with food. These capsules are large ones so either drink something or bite them to make them smaller and flatter so they go down easier. I think that combined with a mineralizing toothpaste is a good way to fight osteoporosis after age 58. I also take the NOW brand of celery seed and it is a good product if you get swelling in your feet and you do not like the OTC diuretic pills that can leave you dehydrated. I recommend drinking water all day long with a dash of celtic salt so you do not get dehydrated. Do not take celery seed if it is hot outside. Just take one pill a day before you fly.
