When I was originally turned on to rhodiola, I started out with the New Chapter brand, and it seemed to work really well. Since then I realized there were other products on the market that weren't as "organic" or "all natural" if you will. This is two bottles, of 60 capsules of 500mg servings of rhodiola, shipped in 2 days (amazon Prime) for the same price as one bottle of New Chapter capsules, 30 of them at 300mg servings. Already you have nearly quadrupled the amount of rhodiola for the price. For anyone who was wondering about whether or not this would work, I have to say that not only did it work, but it exceeded my expectations. I see no need to take more than one a day, but I suppose if you have a longer day, two (one in the morning and one during lunch) might accommodate you more adequately. As bad as this sounds, it's like caffeine, but without the jitters; I'm focused, clear, logical and ready for the day. It also helps with stamina, stress and helps the body relax when going to sleep. I get a deep sleep, and I'm woken up easily and awake in a matter of minutes. Great product, shipped on-time and without a scratch.

I've been on meds in the past for anxiety and depression and I hate how they make me feel as well as the time it takes to level out. I read about Rhodiola in Prevention Mag and gave it a try. I was really amazed! The guy at the store told me to be a lil careful the first few times I took it bc it could make me a lil woozy n it did but after that I noticed a big difference. My racing thoughts went away, I could focus and feel confident, and my anxiety almost fully diminished. I've tried a few brands but I really like this Now brand. Some of the other brands did still give me anxiety but I'd say it was more bc they had like an energy booster or something. This one doesn't make me jittery. This vitamin, for some reason, makes me break out into a sweat. I don't know why and it doesn't matter the brand but I don't mind it too much. I use to take it as needed but now I take one in the morning everyday and I def notice a difference if I forget to take it. I tell everyone about this vitamin. It is truly a lifesaver. Oh one last thing: this price is outstanding! 120 tabs for $19 is crazy good. I was buying 30 tabs for like $12... smh. Love it!!!

First off, everyone is different and all our brains react differently to supplements. Many reviewers of this noticed a difference within hours of the first dose. For me, I felt I had to let it build up in my system for a few weeks but I definitely notice a difference! Overall mood is improved. Calm but not tired or anything. Didn't give me the huge energy boost that some people claim, but I feel more mentally clear. The most prominent effect this supplement had on me was memory. I'm 20 years old and had some drinking problems a while back, and this supplement makes me have the memory I should, and sometimes I almost laugh at how well I can remember something that happened several weeks ago (often more of a photographic memory interestingly enough). All in all, I took this everyday sometimes twice a day for 3 weeks straight and now take it once every other day. I find it's best to take right as you wake up, on an empty stomach with a daily vitamin then eat 20 to 30 minutes later. This supplement won't work for everyone but considering 5-htp didn't do crap for me and Rhodiola did, I guess anything's possible! Would recommend.
