Customer Support for me, Was Great!
I absolutely love this bike. I road it for about a month and a half with absolutely no problem. All of a sudden I had this error code 30. I had heard on previous reviews how much of a pain customer service was and I was worried. I have to say that is not true for me, it took them two weeks to get me the parts and were in contact with me the whole time I couldn’t expect much more, the parts came all the way from China! They were very polite and quickly responded to my messages. The parts that they sent me, under warranty, were exactly the right parts to fix the problem the first time. It’s now been another couple months and I’ve been riding my bike almost every day with no issues. I absolutely love this bike thank you Eahora, specifically Licia, my Customer Support Specialist. She was awesome.

Eahora was nothing but amazing. The Romeo pro three is amazing. They went above and beyond with the service that they provided. I’ve had my bike for over a month and a half. I haven’t been able to ride it due to wire and connection issues but these guys made sure that they handled the problem and sent me everything I needed to make it so my bike was ready to ride and I could program it. It drives so smooth. It was easy to assemble. It’s very durable a little heavy. The build quality is definitely solid. The money I spent on it was well worth it especially because of the customer service.
