Bought this one after having bought an alternative product that was always a bit lose.This one has been perfect for over a month. Fits snugly and never heats too much.I also like the fact that it has a green light to indicate when it's working.Solid choice.Edit: Still going strong 19 months in and with no real noticeable loosening of the connector.One of the best value for money items I've ever bought.

I got this charger to replace the one I left at an AirBnB (of course!). I was hesitant to get it at first, because it didn't look like the one that came with the Chromebook. The price was right, and I needed it ASAP, so I got it. It is more bulky, but it charges way faster than the original charging cable.

Great replacement. Works as it should. Way cheaper than OEM or anything Best Buy had to offer (even aftermarket).

Between trying to find an original adapter that won't fall off on its own and having a universal AC adapter that's over voltage, I am utterly speechless.I've had this laptop for only a couple years, and after trying to make some compromises with it, the biggest issue I've had yet was the battery. I even bought myself a new laptop monitor and that was able to fix itself easier than using any of the assorted AC adapters out on Amazon just to charge this shoddy laptop. Now don't get me wrong, for its price and specs at the time, you'd probably wish you had this laptop over it's newer model today, but Acer be darned if I couldn't find myself something that doesn't jank around for the power in.For anyone looking for the AC-IN Port, you're looking for an NX.GHGAA.001.I just recently unboxed the AC adapter and plugged it in. It actually works! There's absolutely no jank on it either. I can finally rest easy, 'cause the other ones absolutely burned me up.

The delivery was on time and came the very next day. The price was very competitive and it’s a quality name brand product and not some knock off. Quality adapter with convenient delivery is unbeatable and so far the item is working the same, if not better, than the original.

Got this for my old project Acer laptop as my charger for it had begun to short out on me. It was delivered quickly and seems to be of good quality especially for the price point. It does seem to have a little wiggle room in the charge port but it still works with no issues.

Adapter worked very well with my computer. Additionally, the item arrived two days earlier than I expected. I would order from them again.

Update: this worked for about 18 months and then randomly stopped. Looking to buy a new one now from a different seller.My laptop’s original power adapter stopped working while I was in the middle of a project for a client. I needed a new adapter asap to meet the deadline. Thankfully I found this and got one-day shipping. Just what I needed! Is compatible with the computer and works as expected. The cord is longer than the original, so that was a nice bonus.
