A good wedge pillow I have sleep apnea this is my second wedge pillow since I was Diagnose with sleep apnea the end of 2024

Full disclosure: I have a couple of compressed nerves in my shoulder and back of my head. It’s treated with Botox injections but it’s still very sensitive and I have to be careful about my posture and supportive positions. I have to be extremely careful how and where I sit and lay down. So that is the background for this review. First off, the pillow is a large, firm wedge of memory foam with a washable zipped cover. It looks sturdy and well made and didn’t have a plastic chemical odor when opened up from its shrink wrap packaging. The cover is lightly quilted with a reversible gray/white sides. I tried the pillow on all angles- laying down, sitting on the bed with back to the headboard, and with legs elevated. For me, the wedge was too firm and not sufficiently supportive for my neck and shoulder and seemed to irritate it. The leg elevation would be the only position that I could use for the duration of a rest period. In other cases, It might be helpful for edema, certain surgery recovery, for back issues, or acid reflux. I can see it being helpful for specific conditions and support needs, but in my case it was not a good fit. Overall the pillow was well made and of quality construction.

I like to sit in bed and read before sleeping, and leaning against a backing that's 90 degrees with respect to my bed is very uncomfortable. I don't like jamming pillows under my back trying to find a comfortable angle. This pillow is the right angle for me, and I can still put a pillow against it for comfort. It is exactly as described. It is firm, but the material gives comfort that I wouldn't have with solid material at the same angle. I like this pillow and encourage anyone interested in getting a good angle for reading to consider buying it.

Hard as a rock. My current wedge is 15 years old from Bed, Bath and Beyond and very good quality. This wedge doesn't narrow enough at the bottom so that hurts my back. Value isn't good. There's much better wedges than this one. Get what you pay for applies here.

This is pretty wide so should accommodate various body sizes. Biggest problem is inability to place a case over it.

I get sinus infections and sometimes breathing is just difficult. The comfot every night since putting this under my pillow has been game changing. I still use my own pillow but use this to give the incline and elevation. The pillow stands up to me tossing and turning at night and never squishes down with my heavy head lol! The size fits the wedge pillow case I already had for another wedge pillow. Sleep quality has improved for me and that means this pillow has a great quality to be working properly. It supports heavy weights because my head and all my long hair are both heavy. It's never gone down and supported me for many nights! Definitely recommend this. It will change your sleep.
