can you put the flint wheel on a bic lighter

It's not a wheel, it's the flint that the wheel rubs against to create a spark. That being said, I just discovered that you can take the flint out of a Bic and use it in a Zippo, so it probably works the other way around as well.

would I need this for the Zippo hand warmer

You do not need these for the hand warmer. The only things you need to replace in a hand warmer is the fluid for each use and a new burner (zippo says each lasts for about 70 uses of the warmer)

Still the best flints

If you use flints these are still the best you can buy, you get more sparks than the graphite ones and these last longer. The watch lighters I've been buying are cool because on the underside of the fuel screw is another screw that you remove to store an extra flint in. Not sure how many lighters offer this but it took me awhile to figure out why was there another screw on the other side of the fuel screw. Now you know. I like to think Zippo colors them gold because they're the best but totally possible it's that coating that makes them so. Yes they do come in a smart single dispensing carry case but the storage in the lighter is cool. Totally worth the money, I know after buying a repair kit that came with a small jar of graphite flints and know why a whole jar was needed. Get the best, get the Zippo ones.
